OKRs can be added for the company and all levels of the company organization structure: departments, teams, sub-teams and individuals.
The simple navigation menu allows easily switching between the different levels of OKRs.
Objectives progress can be continuously updated by setting them as on track, off track or at risk.
OKRs are displayed in an alignment graph which shows the relations between the different objectives and corresponding key results at all levels of the company structure.
It gives a bird eye view of current progress within the company and easy navigation to more specific views.
Alignment can be exported to an Excel file for a more compact view of all the OKRs.
